Tewa Roots Society's Teen Program is designed to offer participants a healthy and engaging environment that focuses on expanding each individual’s ability to creatively explore, interact, and influence positive social changes in the world around them.
At TRS, we believe that the voices of our youth are essential in deconstructing detrimental barriers that have been fueling the heightened rates of mental health, substance-use, and suicide in Indigenous communities.
Our goal is to provide a safe place for youth to be themselves and give them opportunities to grow into the individuals they want to become.
